  My parents took our dog here to get groomed because it was cheaper than our regular place and seemed to have the same service for less.

  I bought a dog from here and was under the impression it was a "pure bred pug" when its not, its a pugalier. I have gotten into contact with consumer affairs and they told me to ask for a refund (because I'm entitled to one), orelse take it to VCAT. When I approached the pet shop about the issue I got told there was no manager or boss available and got told Id get a call back and never did. Mind you my dad and I had security tell us to leave, even though they understood why we were annoyed. A day later I approached the pet shop and got told the police are now involved.

  The shop puppy in the front windows was so dehydrated and laying in the water bowl, it could barely open its eyes. It looked so sick, it was non responsive and it's eyes were murky and watery. When u asked the shop owner if there was enough air in there, she pointed to a hole in the back of the closure. I said the dog looks sick and she told me to have. A nice day and walked off. I would not recommend this is place to anyone, I worry they mistreat the animals and have little care if you enquire about one of their pets health.

  Not only did the groomer give up and left him with unfinished ears, she charged my parents an extra $20! And My Mother had to help her!

  The staff member wearing the most unflattering active wear pants.. snapped at my daughter for moving some steps so her little brother could see the puppies... never going back.

  She's lucky that my parents are elderly and didn't want to argue with a stranger because I wouldn't have paid the extra $20 and I would have run out with dog in arms if I was asked to assist for a paid service.

  I was told that my parents were called up after 30 minutes because the inexperienced groomer needed somebody to hold my dog while she groomed him. My Mother had to hold my dog while the groomer did her work for another hour or so. I'd understand if my dog was a German Shepard or some other large breed. He's a small terrier. I can carry him in one arm.
