  My 17 yr old had his first Op done here for some wisdom teeth removal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They kept our wait time to a minimum which was good for the nerves. All the staff introduced themselves by name to us and told us clearly what to expect. Very impressed with this hospital. I was most impressed by the professionalism of the theatre recovery nurses, they were great and talked to you like you mattered. They obviously like their jobs here.

  This private hospital is great. Nice pleasant environment. I still don't understand why private hospitals charge you for parking. Public hospitals I do understand the fees, thus the only reason I reduced my rating. That said in the unfortunate requirement of needing hospital admission, this place is great.

  Good hospital with friendly staff. I was seen in a reasonable timeframe. The hospital could do with a bit of a facelift. I mark down for parking because it's a prepayment system, which means you have to guess how long you'll be parking and then buy a certain number of hours to park. This results in over estimating parking times and overpaying. Hospitals should not charge patients, especially when they're undergoing surgery at your hospital.

  I had undergone a procedure at Valley Private in 2010, there was a misunderstanding between Medibank and the hospital then and there was a due which was never brought to my notice after that. I had attended the emergency services of The Valley private many times in the past 7 years and had never been asked about it. I was booked for a procedure by my Doctor for tomorrow about 3 weeks ahead and today they call me from the hospital for whatever debt I was oblivious of. They cancelled my procedure If i don't pay it before my admission tomorrow. My insurance company has approved tomorrow's procedure and still they cancelled it. All I asked was to reissue the invoice so that I can take it up with Medibank and follow up myself. It is SUCH A SHAME that the hospital just cancelled my procedure which was already sorted out. It was just a BLACKMAIL and took a patient for ransom on the behest of the patients well-being. This shows that the organisation doesn't care for the well-being or health, this organisation would easily qualify as a debt collection agency. Good luck with anyone for under this attitude of care.

  Have had surgery here twice now and they always took great care of me. I would highly recommend The Valley Private Hospital.
