  Most importantly customer service. Your staff need to be more direct. It's frustrating when a service...where the customer happens to seek relaxation is not calming in the slightest. Your staff/manager had awkward directions, for e.g not being told who your masseuse is/not understanding that customers get hot and it is stifling in your rooms

  Need to improve on atomosphere and customer service. We could hear the staff's loud and annoying conversations whilst our massage was underway. Not relaxing in the slightest.

  I have just had the most incredible hot stone massage with Blair. I could not recommend the Salon of Beauty more highly!! All of the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. I was so grateful that they were able to accomodate me running late and providing great directions too! Thank you so much guys

  The atmosphere is okay, but little things such as: A4 computer paper to cover the windows in the room to give the customer privacy....Tacky, and could be easily fixed.

  I called up beauty spa at waverly gardens, had an appointment with in 20 minutes, the lovely lady had some how managed to fix my brows right up and I love them! Thank you so much I'm so so sorry I didn't catch her name, I definitely will drive the hour and a half just to have them waxed here! Excellent service, speed, and lovely just to have a chat!!

  Your pre-form paper is awkward and clunky, take a note from endota spa...it's specific and professional
